5 highlights of the match Cadiz 4-2 Man United: Star attitude; 2 black points of the Red Devil
Erik ten Hag's Man United were defeated by Cadiz 4-2 in the first match of the training tour in Spain.
Man United were 2-0 down in the first 15 minutes by two goals from Carlos Garcia and Choco Lozano on the home side at Nuevo Mirandilla. Anthony Martial shortened the lead for the English side in the first half with a Panenka-style penalty after Zidane Iqbal was fouled.
In the second half, Ten Hag had a series of changes in the lineup. 17-year-old player Kobbie Mainoo helped the Red Devils level the gap. But Cadiz once again took the lead in the 57th minute with a Ruben Sobrino volley. Then Tomas Alarcon punished Charlie Savage's mistake in the 77th minute, setting a 4-2 victory for the home team.

1. The End for Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Apart from four minutes on the bench in the match against Liverpool in August, Man United's No. 29 did not play under the former Ajax coach. Now, when the pillars of the Reds battle in the World Cup, Wan-Bissaka is used, but he disappoints in defense and attack.
Young defender Marc Jurado is even more comfortable on the pitch than the signing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer brought in for £50m three and a half years ago. This match could be the end for Wan-Bissaka .
2. Dark Anthony Elanga
The Swedish player had to go through a difficult night. He struggled to link up with Brandon Williams on the Reds' left flank. Man United's number 36 was careless with the ball, and was berated by captain Scott McTominay for being offside in a confusing way.
Alejandro Garnacho and Anthony Martial have also expressed frustration with Elanga's careless handling of the ball.
3. Man United lacks a leader in defense
When Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire were in Qatar, Teden Mengi made his debut under Ten Hag and the 20-year-old partnered Victor Lindelof at the heart of defence.
The fact that Cadiz easily scored the opener made Ten Hag uncomfortable, and when there was a lack of a leader in the backline, the Red Devils defense proved to be fragmented and lost the necessary connection.
4 . Alejandro Garnacho in the wilderness
Along with Anthony Martial, Garnacho is the star of Man United in Spain. But three weeks after scoring the winning goal against Fulham, United's 49 had a disappointing night.
Before Cadiz, there were 3 times this young star reacted in a hot way. He expressed displeasure with Williams and Elanga's decision to hold the ball, and was also annoyed when he was fouled without recognition.
5. Bright spot Anthony Martial
Martial has reason to be disappointed when he feels he is not receiving the ball fast enough in some situations. Early in the first half, he tested Cadiz's goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma early before scoring from the penalty spot with a Panenka kick. Ten Hag clearly needs such a fit, confident Martial for the rest of the season.
